About Stash

Stash delivers groceries and everyday products directly to your front door, office or outdoor area in 10 minutes by bike. The range includes over a thousand products - from fresh produce to drinks and household items.

Initial situation

ACID21 took over the product at a very early stage, when the web platform consisted of a WooCommerce webshop and a very simple app for drivers. In less than a year and a half, we scaled the project extensively, developed a modern user and administration app and significantly improved both the performance and the system architecture.

What were the challenges?

Design employee app

The employee app with picking list simplifies the internal ordering process. When an order is entered, the app displays the required picking list. A driver is notified and delivers the order to its destination. When the delivery is complete, the driver returns and the order status is updated in the employee app.

Track orders in real time

The STASH app not only offers you a user-friendly, simple and fast ordering process, you can also track your order in real time. Thanks to this real-time tracking function, you can follow the current status of your order - from preparation in the warehouse to handover to the bike courier and the journey to your address.

Together with ACID21, we have succeeded in developing a state-of-the-art app in just a few months, which is now used to process over 70% of our orders.
