AIRadio Germany is part of the AIR, Inc. (American International Radio) group, which for more than 30 years has been an international, family-owned and operated company with B2B partners serving diverse market sectors including public safety, government organizations, industrial, oil & gas, mining, education, transportation, public utilities, airports, ports and municipalities. The company offers a wide range of additional services to support its partners and their end customers, including consultancy, project management, system design and planning, technical training, site testing, radio programming, repairs and ongoing maintenance and warranty support.
We developed a customized solution for our customer AIRadio to increase efficiency in the B2B sector. The main challenge was to implement an interface to the ERP system that would enable the current stock levels to be displayed transparently to customers at all times. This step was crucial to ensure a real-time overview of product availability. The main reason for developing the B2B store was to relieve the internal sales department in order to optimize internal processes and improve customer service. ACID21 provided advice at all times and was responsible for the design, planning and implementation of the new online store.
