Initial situation

We faced several challenges when taking over the existing Shopware store. The connection to the ERP system, the implementation of the B2B customer login with individual rights and roles and the functionality of the dealer finder were particularly problematic. The front end was also not optimal - the responsive design was faulty and the integration of the Nivona corporate design was not implemented coherently. Together with the customer, we systematically recorded and prioritized all tasks in Jira and evaluated them according to cost-benefit. While the backend adjustments were being implemented, we reworked the frontend in a parallel rebrush process to improve both the user-friendliness and the visual design.

We carried out a comprehensive optimization of the product website for NIVONA, including the integration of a B2B online store based on Shopware 6. Of particular note is the B2B store with country-specific adaptations, which offers customized shopping experiences for business customers worldwide. These customizations make it possible to tailor products and content precisely to the needs and requirements of different countries and markets. By using state-of-the-art UI/UX designs and conversion optimization techniques, the store creates an emotionally appealing and efficient shopping experience.

Multi-language and country versions

Essential for internationalization was the implementation of multi-language and country versions that ensure global accessibility and user-friendliness.
