Starting situation
ACID21 was part of the discovery and concept phase right from the start. Ideas were sorted and transformed into a concept by means of a design thinking workshop including rapid prototyping. The aim was to design a user-friendly, intuitive and interactive model that makes it possible to experience Somfy's solutions for smart home concepts and provides information on various customisation options. The tool should relieve the burden on customer service, who can take more time for advice and empower users to inform themselves and put together their own customised smart home solution.

Storytelling - A day with Somfy
"A day with Somfy" impressively illustrates the diversity of smart home solutions that can make life easier. We use smart storytelling to bring Somfy closer to the consumer. Using various everyday scenarios over the course of the day, we highlight the wide range of possible applications.
